Product description
As a commemorative product of the event "DIGIMON CON" held on Sunday, February 12, 2023 for Digimon fans around the world, we will release two types of digital monsters with designs drawn by Digimon character designer Kenji Watanabe.
There are two types of lineup: "Ver. MetalGreymon" and "Ver. Numemen".
The main body uses printing technology using a UV printer, and a powerful appearance is achieved by printing Kenji Watanabe's newly drawn design on the entire surface. It has become an artistic piece of memorial that has never been seen before.
The LCD screen is also designed with the DIGIMON COM logo.
* The design of the LCD screen is not the design of Kenji Watanabe.
The product itself and program use "Digimon Original" sold overseas.
"Digimon Original" features all the Digimon + α that appeared in the first Digital Monsters Ver.1~5 released in the past, and the "Digital Monsters ver.20th" series, which boasts more than 100 trainable Digimon, is a product that has been localized overseas by adapting the in-game text display to English.
This is the first time that a product using the main unit and program of "Digimon Original" will be released in Japan Japan.
* "Digital Monster KENJI WATANABE EDITION Ver. MetalGreymon" uses the same body and program as the "Digimon Original" series, which is an overseas localization of "Digital Monster ver.20th Original Brown". The text display in the game is in English.
* "Digital Monster KENJI WATANABE EDITION Ver. Numemen" uses the same body and program as the "Digimon Original" series, which is an overseas localization of "Digital Monster ver.20th Original Gray". The text display in the game is in English.
