Hasbro Star Wars The Black Series Sandtrooper 3.75" articulated action figure. Recreates the elite Imperial stormtroopers stationed on the desert planet Tatooine from the original Star Wars trilogy. Fully articulated with multiple points of articulation throughout the body. Includes removable yellow pauldron, survival backpack, E-11 blaster rifle, blaster cannon, and Mark IV reconnaissance droid.
- Multiple ball-joint articulation at neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, waist, hips, knees, and ankles
- Removable yellow pauldron and survival backpack—authentic Sandtrooper equipment
- Accessories: E-11 blaster rifle, blaster cannon, Mark IV reconnaissance droid
- 2017 release; Walmart exclusive version
Sandtroopers first appeared in A New Hope (1977) as specialized Imperial troops deployed to harsh environments like Tatooine. Compared to standard stormtroopers, Sandtroopers feature cooling units, sand-filtered helmet vents, and survival gear adapted for extreme desert conditions. They serve as primary antagonists throughout the original trilogy and are essential for collectors.
Ideal for Star Wars fans and 3.75" action figure collectors. The Sandtrooper's distinctive design, complete accessory set, and high articulation make it excellent for display and posing. Pairs well with other Imperial unit variants—such as Royal Guards and standard stormtroopers—to recreate Tatooine outpost scenes.
