Yasuee Coins Membership Rewards – Terms of Use

Y coins is Yasuee's membership rewards programme. Earn points whenever you shop on the website and redeem them for discounts, products and more shopping offers.

Existing account holders automatically earn points when they shop and are enrolled in the programme.

1. Y coins are valid for 365 days from the day after an order is successfully shipped. Earning and redemption apply only within the validity period; unredeemed points expire after that. For any dispute over point calculation or validity, the "My Account" > "Points History" page shall prevail.
2. Members are responsible for monitoring their membership status and point expiry dates. Points are cleared automatically after the expiry date.
3. Points may be used on any purchase; you may use existing points or save them for a future purchase.
4. Points are calculated on the total amount of each purchase.
5. Paying in full earns the full points; deposit orders earn points on the deposit amount first, with the remaining points granted once the order is completed.
6. If an order is cancelled, all points from that order are reclaimed.
7. Each person may register only one membership account. Y coins membership is non-transferable and reserved for enrolled members. Abuse of membership or offers, misconduct, fraud or misuse of points, or failure to comply with these terms and/or other terms and conditions, may result in termination or suspension of membership, withdrawal of offers and cancellation of all point rewards.
8. Earn 1 point for every USD 10 spent, excluding shipping. Points are based on the actual checkout amount after all discounts and offers.
9. Your membership is valid for the entire duration of the Yasuee membership rewards programme. Yasuee reserves the absolute right to terminate the programme at any time without prior notice or reason. Upon termination, all member rights and privileges cease, and members may not make any claim against Yasuee of any nature arising from the termination.
10. Y coins can be used on the website only and do not apply to in-person or in-store transactions. To use them, please pay with points on the website.
11. Yasuee reserves the right to cancel a membership for non-compliance with these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Yasuee reserves the right to make the final decision.
