Yasuee Coins Membership Rewards – Terms of Use

Y coins is Yasuee's membership rewards programme. Earn points whenever you shop on the website and redeem them for discounts, products and more shopping offers.

Existing account holders automatically earn points when they shop and are enrolled in the programme.

1. 1Y coins are valid for 365 days from the day after an order is successfully shipped. Earning and redemption apply only within the validity period; unredeemed points expire after that. For any dispute over point calculation or validity, the "My Account" > "Points History" page shall prevail.
2. 2Members are responsible for monitoring their membership status and point expiry dates. Points are cleared automatically after the expiry date.
3. 3Points may be used on any purchase; you may use existing points or save them for a future purchase.
4. 4Points are calculated on the total amount of each purchase.
5. 5Paying in full earns the full points; deposit orders earn points on the deposit amount first, with the remaining points granted once the order is completed.
6. 6If an order is cancelled, all points from that order are reclaimed.
7. 7Each person may register only one membership account. Y coins membership is non-transferable and reserved for enrolled members. Abuse of membership or offers, misconduct, fraud or misuse of points, or failure to comply with these terms and/or other terms and conditions, may result in termination or suspension of membership, withdrawal of offers and cancellation of all point rewards.
8. 8Coins are earned by membership tier on the actual amount paid after all discounts and offers: Gold members earn 1% and Black members earn 1.5% of the amount paid, rounded down to whole Coins (Standard members do not earn Coins). Each Coin is worth $1 when redeemed at checkout.
9. 9QR sign-up bonus: new accounts registered after scanning the QR code on a Yasuee thank-you card receive a one-time bonus of 10 Coins ($10). One bonus per account; per-card limits and an overall programme budget apply, and the offer may be paused or withdrawn once the budget is reached. Bonus Coins are valid for 366 days from the grant date.
10. 10Review & share bonus: leave a review for an item you purchased to earn $3 in Coins (credited after the review passes approval), and share that item’s page on Reddit to earn a further $7 once the share is confirmed — up to $10 per order. Rewards are subject to verification and may be adjusted or withdrawn in cases of abuse.
11. 11First-order bonus: new customers who arrive from one of our online advertisements receive $5 in Coins after their first paid order. One bonus per account; the bonus applies to your first paid order only and is credited within one hour of payment. Coins are reclaimed if that order is cancelled or refunded. An overall programme budget applies and the offer may be paused or withdrawn once it is reached. Bonus Coins are valid for 366 days from the grant date.
12. 12Your membership is valid for the entire duration of the Yasuee membership rewards programme. Yasuee reserves the absolute right to terminate the programme at any time without prior notice or reason. Upon termination, all member rights and privileges cease, and members may not make any claim against Yasuee of any nature arising from the termination.
13. 13Y coins can be used on the website only and do not apply to in-person or in-store transactions. To use them, please pay with points on the website.
14. 14Yasuee reserves the right to cancel a membership for non-compliance with these terms and conditions. In case of any dispute, Yasuee reserves the right to make the final decision.
