Agreement to these Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using yasuee.com, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.
yasuee.com is operated by Yasuee LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Yasuee", "we", "us"), and every order placed on it is a contract with Yasuee LLC. Mailing address: Yasuee LLC, 18350 San Jose Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748, United States.
Cancelling before shipping
You may cancel an order for any reason within 3 days of placing it, provided it has not yet shipped — no cancellation fee, full refund. After that, a pre-order that has not yet shipped can still be cancelled: you receive the amount paid less a 5% restocking fee to your original payment method, or the full amount paid as Yasuee Coins, with no restocking fee. If your order has not shipped by the dispatch date shown when you ordered, you may cancel at any time for a full refund.
Cancelling after shipping
If your order has shipped but has not been delivered yet, you may still ask us to cancel it. If we can stop the parcel, you receive the item price less a 15% restocking fee to your original payment method, or the full amount paid, including shipping, as Yasuee Coins. If it is delivered, the 14-day return window below applies.
14-day return window
If you change your mind after your order arrives, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging; once the factory seal or blister has been opened, the item is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind return. We email you a prepaid USPS return label; its cost of $5.05 is deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee of 15% of the item price applies to a refund to your original payment method (no restocking fee if you take the refund as Yasuee Coins, which also returns the original shipping). Refunds are issued within 3 business days of inspection.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If there is a problem with the item sent, please contact Customer Service within 14 days from the arrival of the product.
Also, please send us photos of the following items, if there is any damage or missing parts etc.

We cover the return shipping and charge no restocking fee. Once we have confirmed the problem, you may choose replacement parts, a replacement item (subject to stock), or a refund to your original payment method or as Yasuee Coins, with original shipping charges refunded.
Governing law
These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of yasuee.com, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules — except that the arbitration agreement below is governed by the U.S. Federal Arbitration Act. If you are a consumer, you keep any rights and protections that the law of your state of residence gives you and that cannot be waived by contract.
Disputes — binding individual arbitration
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Talk to us first. Before starting arbitration, email [email protected] with your name, your order number if you have one, and a description of the problem. We will try to resolve it with you informally within 30 days. Most problems are solved this way, faster and free.
Arbitration agreement. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Yasuee LLC agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, your use of yasuee.com, or any order — including whether a dispute must be arbitrated — will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The AAA's rules and fee information are at www.adr.org. Arbitration may be conducted by videoconference or, if an in-person hearing is required, in the county where you live. The U.S. Federal Arbitration Act governs this agreement.
Small-claims option. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small-claims court in your county of residence, if the claim qualifies for that court.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER. YOU AND WE EACH AGREE THAT ANY PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND NOT AS A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — must proceed in court, not in class arbitration.
Coordinated filings. If 25 or more similar arbitration demands are filed against us by the same or coordinated counsel, the AAA's Mass Arbitration Supplementary Rules apply, and the demands will be resolved in staged batches of up to 50, chosen by the parties alternately, with the outcomes of each stage informing good-faith settlement talks before the next.
Your right to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement without any penalty: email [email protected] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name, the email address on your account, and a statement that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing takes away consumer rights that cannot be waived.
